What is a quality goal?
To ensure that our redesigned pathways and care packages are maintained or improved in quality, and outcomes and are not watered down quality goals have been set.
This main form of assurance is to benchmark our redesigned pathways nationally and Radical Pathway Redesign sets out clear and measurable Quality Goals that represent a standard of care that will exceed our current performance and compare favourably with the best providers nationally. This aligns with the Trust’s intention to develop Key Performance Indicators that are based on national benchmarking. These will continue to be reviewed and evaluated.

Merger related quality goals are in place as part of the merger process. Monitor will be monitoring our delivery against these goals
