Shaping future services 2nd Stakeholder Event 17th May 2012
Purpose
- Ensure all stakeholders have an improved understanding of where we are with Radical Pathway Redesign; feel engaged with the thinking and planning, and are enabled to play their role in helping take this forward
- Ensure all stakeholders, service users, carers, staff, commissioners, third sector voluntary sector and partner organizations have had an opportunity to influence proposals
- For the Trust and our staff - we have more insight into what it might look like and mean within each locality / service, and gain new challenges to our thinking and new ideas
